Photo of 2 Sunpower Coolers

This photo shows 2 sunpower coolers standing side by side. They are metallic, roughly cylindrical, about a foot tall by 3 or 4 inches in diameter.
You can Return Now or continue.

The lower part of each cooler is a grey metallic cylinder 3 or 4 inches in diameter by 7 or 8 inches long. It stands upright on small metal feet. The upper sections of the 2 coolers differ slightly.

In the cooler on the left, just above the grey cylindrical part is a copper colored part. It is cylindrical, about the same diameter as the grey cylinder, and 1 or 2 inches tall. It is not solid, but appears to be made of thin, corrugated sheets placed vertically.

The next section above the copper colored cylinder is a thin (about 1 inch in diameter) cylinder about 3 inches long. It is shiny silvery metal.

In the cooler on the right, the copper colored section is smaller in diameter and is covered by a shiny casing. The thin cylinder atop the copper section is shrouded in foil. Thin wires of various colors come out of the end of the foil covered section. Return to photo of 2 Sunpower Cryocoolers.

Five cylindrical black coolers sit upright in shiny metal frames. Atop each black cooler is a shiny, silvery metal cylinder. Some of these cylinders connect to a metal tube that enters the frame from the left. Return to photo of Sunpower coolers in testbed.
